Where is Rio Celeste located?

Rio Celeste Costa Rica is located in the Tenorio Volcano National Park in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. The park is approximately 2.5 hours from San Jose, the capital city of Costa Rica, and 1.5 hours from Liberia, the closest major airport.

What activities can I do at Rio Celeste?

There are several activities you can do at Rio Celeste, including hiking, swimming, and tubing. The most popular activity is the Rio Celeste hike, which takes you through the jungle to see the river and its waterfalls up close.

In the event of inclement weather, heavy rain or electrical storms, where we must cancel the tour, we will try to reschedule it for another date/time. If your itinerary does not allow it, we will send you a refund.

If there is a light rain, tours are likely to continue as planned.

It is important to note that if it rains on the coast, it may be clear in the mountains and vice versa.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before your tour, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour, there will be no refund.
