The tour goes on! You’re in a rainforest; getting wet is part of the fun. We only cancel for safety in the event of an electrical storm or dangerous river swelling, in which case we offer a full refund or reschedule.

Comfortable clothes that can get wet (swimsuit, light t-shirt). The most important thing is footwear: closed-toe water shoes, secure river sandals (like Tevas), or old sneakers you can get wet. Flip-flops are NOT allowed for safety.

It’s not strictly required, as you will be wearing a high-flotation life vest and will be with guides. However, you will feel more comfortable if you have basic confidence in the water.

No, this tour takes place on a private section of the river outside the national park. The park entrance (to see the waterfall) is a separate activity .
